One thing about working at a home office is that unless I make a point of leaving the house, often I won’t have to leave the house. I was getting s bit stir crazy today so I took the bicycle to the Bayland with 2 cameras in the backpack. For about 30 minutes, I was just meditating under the warm Sun and watching an egret feeding:
Until then, I didn’t know this type of (smaller) egret has yellow feet (read more behind the …more… tag):
// EDIT: I have been told that the smaller egret is a Snowy Egret and the larger one is a Great Egret
Of course I didn’t know there are two types of egrets at the Bayland either, but clearly there are.
